Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland – LVNL – is in charge of air traffic control within the Dutch civilian airspace and everything that comes with it. In collaboration with Steam, Captains developed a recruitment campaign to inform and raise awareness about working in air traffic control and to grow their study program.

Captains developed the video format, video portraits and various assets for a Steam powered recruitment campaign, based on the “See, Think, Do”-model.
