Windwapper is a documentary about what the unannounced installation of one single wind turbine does to a group of residents who have not been involved in the decision-making process.

Thanks to the arrival of this windmill - called Windwapper in Dutch - there was a disturbed power relationship between citizens and its government. A phenomenon that we are seeing more and more often these days. Dissatisfaction is growing because of inadequate decision-making, and citizens are becoming diametrically opposed to their own government as a result.
